Our CEO
Parikshit Sethi is the Founder and CEO of S3G Debt Management, with over 20 years of experience in finance, legal compliance, and debt recovery.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he brings deep expertise across corporate finance, insolvency frameworks, and distressed asset resolution.
He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), gaining exposure to international audits and risk advisory assignments.
During his tenure at PwC, he worked with global clients across multiple jurisdictions and industries. He later held leadership roles at 7Cs Group (UAE), managing legal, finance, and commercial operations. As Head of Legal & Compliance, he led litigation strategy, contract management, and regulatory adherence.
His experience includes handling NPAs, complex recoveries, and cross-border financial matters. Parikshit has been actively involved in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business planning. He has a strong background in financial controls, MIS systems, and process optimisation.
In 2018, he founded S3G Debt Management to focus on structured recovery and NRRA acquisition. Under his leadership, S3G has handled complex insolvency-linked and disputed receivable cases.
